Registration Closes in Just Hours!

Finalize your registration now! Online registration for the Simplot Games will close at midnight, MST, Sunday, February 13th. It is extremely important that you finalize your registration, including payment, immediately. If you have not received a registration confirmation email including a PayPal receipt and an attached team printout of your registration, you are not registered!

Check, check, and double-check

It is your responsibility to check that you are enrolled in the correct event (200m v. 400m?) and for the correct gender. Every year we have girls accidentally registered in a boys' event and vice versa. If you spot an error on your registration confirmation, call our offices immediately: 208-235-5604. We cannot make changes after heating and seeding begins on Monday, Feb. 14th.

Our offices are open today until 6:00pm to answer your questions but our offices will be closed Sunday. If you have difficulties registering Sunday, please e-mail or call our office and leave a detailed message. We will contact you and clear up any registration questions prior to heating and seeding. Do not miss the deadline as heating and seeding begins Monday, Feb. 14th, and late entries are not accepted once the final processing begins. Call 208-235-5604 for registration help.

After Dark with Jim Ryun, Track Academy and Deal or No Deal

Come enjoy a night of celebration after a day of competition. Food, workshops and Dance Party with mechanical bull! What a great way to end a busy day at the Simplot Games. Purchase tickets online now to avoid long lines at the meet. Only $10 for everything – including free beanie from adidas running! After Dark Prizes include adidas shoes, ipod touch, flip, Nintendo DMS, Simplot Games gear, gift cards and much more.

COACHES: After Dark ends early at 10:00 p.m. to meet your team curfew.

Packet Pickup

Packets will be available for pick-up on Thursday from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday morning 7:30 to noon and on Saturday from 8:00 to 10:00 am. On Thursday and Friday, the packets will be next to the Simplot Games Store. On Saturday, any remaining packets will be at the Information Desk at the bottom of the southeast ramp.

Simplot Games Shuttle and Dispatch

The Simplot Games Shuttle makes a loop from all major hotels to Holt Arena every 30 minutes. These two shuttle buses, courtesy of Salt Lake Express, are clean, safe and comfortable. Detailed schedules can be found in your packets. Please try to fit your schedule to ride one of these buses to the arena. However, in the event of a time emergency, you can call the Simplot Games Transportation Dispatch number at 208-220-7881.

Simplot Games Store

In the Simplot Games Store, you will be able to buy great running clothes including adidas shorts, tops, and jackets at super discounts, spikes, spike wrenches, stopwatches, fruit, power bars, lip balm and other necessities. After Dark wristbands will also be sold Thursday and Friday for $10 each. Stop by the Simplot Games store and check out the cool gear!

Tech Tee for All Simplot Games Participants

Again this year, adidas has donated a tech tee, valued over $30, to all Simplot Games participants. Coaches of teams 2 or greater will also receive a free shirt. Coupons for your free participant shirt can be redeemed in the Simplot Games Store. Come early for best size selection.

Simplot Games on Flotrack

Saturday afternoon Flotrack will stream live a 2 ½ hour special of the Simplot Games finals. Tell your fans to tune in and catch the Games live!

Ceremonies

One of the best parts of the Simplot Games is the Ceremonies on Saturday at 11:25 a.m. Please participate in the Parade of Athletes by wearing your Simplot Games shirt and marching behind your state sign.

Olympian Autographs

On Friday afternoon from 2 to 3 p.m., the visiting Olympians will be available for autograph signing in Section S of Holt Arena. Please listen to the Simplot Games announcers for further details.
